  • Sascha has had significant experience teaching yoga for over 15 years.

    She has found that yoga is an excellent way to get out of our heads and into our bodies. Yoga assists us in unblocking any stuck energy that is causing tension and holding us back from living a life of freedom.

    The combination of movement, breath and mindfulness is beneficial to everyone as it supports the healing process. It is for this reason that Sascha has decided to incorporate the offering of yoga poses within the counselling sessions. During counselling sessions poses will be tailored to your individual needs and guided by Sascha. This a sure fire way to fast track your own healing.

    In private yoga consultation the client, you, will receive individual attention and guidance from Sascha in a personalised setting. The private session provides an opportunity for an experience tailored to your individual needs and goals.

    Sascha will begin with discussing your goals, needs and physical limitation or injuries you many have. Using this information Sascha will customise the class to your specific needs and abilities.

    Typically, a class will include breathing exercises, and a gentle warm up followed by a series of poses and practices that best serve your goals and address your concerns. Sascha will offer hands on adjustments, verbal cues and modifications to help you, as the student, to deepen your experience and understanding of the yoga poses and get the most out of your session.

    The session will end with a guided meditation led by Sascha, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the practice.

    Her public classes are open to all walks of life, she teaches in a way that is modern and accessible to beginners and experienced yogis. During each class Sascha loves to weave a relevant theme, into the yoga sequence, making the experience of moving through poses on the mat thoroughly enjoyable and educational for the yoga students.
